Studio and Natural Light Portrait

In today's classes we had practical trening in camera settings.

I used studio tools:

Camera: Sony A7C

Lens: ZHONGYI Speedmaster 50 mm f/0.95

Camera settings during a studio session:

ISO 400

Shutter speed 1/1000 between 1/1250

F 0.95

In the studio I learned camera settings, composition and framing with the help of model.

After returning to classroom I created a folder to which I downloaded the photos. Then I made contact sheets using Photoshop. I chose one photo with the best angle and using Photoshop I only changed the color to white and black, I didn't use sliders.

Contact sheets:

Selected photo:

                                F0.95, ISO 400, 1/800 shutter speed, Focal length 50mm

Then I had training in camera settings outdoors in natural light.

I used tools outside:

Camera: Sony A7C

Lens: Helios 44-2 58mm f/2

Camera settings for outdoor/natural light session:

ISO 400

Shutter speed 1/800 between 1/2000

F 2

After returning to classroom I created a folder to which I downloaded the photos. Then I made contact sheets using Photoshop. I chose one photo with the best angle.

Contact sheets:

Selected photo:
F2, ISO 400, 1/800 shutter speed, Focal length 58 mm

Then I printed the photos.
