I like exploring new places, sometimes I imagine what it would be like to drop everything, pack a backpack and go out into the world. Actually, I've done this before, I said goodbye to my old life, I took Shakespeare's ,Macbeth', Dickens' ,The Pickwick Papers', two T-shirts, one dress, a pair of jeans and a toothbrush on a long bus ride. I took the bus to London, and the journey was Europe, until I reached London, to the Victoria bus station. And I stayed in England. But the suitcase that is standing on the roof of my old Victorian house is still tempting like hell. That's why I decided to make a logo and an advertisement for my imaginary travel agency, maybe someone will be persuaded to travel one day, full of adventures and new discoveries. I started looking for logos that I like among other small travel agencies, and I found a simple one, with mountains in the background and the name in front, and the colors also suit me, green and subdued red, earthy colours.
Where to look for inspiration for travel advertising? In travel magazines, I really like National Geographic, you can see beautiful travel photos there and read interesting travel stories of people at the end of the world.
I like this adver, a single woman in a paradise atmosphere and with a heavenly message, leave everything, don't look back, after all, there are so many beautiful places to see in the world, just take your passport of life with you and the rest will be there.
And something for depressed, burnt-out young people who are tired of the urban jungle and want to take break from the hustle and bustle of the city, from smartphones, tablets and the news. I like the sapphire water, the yellow kayak and steep hill covered with trees.
What I like about this ad is the beautiful sea among the hills, the fun font, I will have to use it in my work on the advert.
Could you give this post more meaning please Anna? I'm not sure what it is that I'm looking at.
